Many of my patients ask me about treatments for toenail fungus. And I know there are many more people who are embarrassed to seek treatment for toenail fungus.

For the patients I see, I tell them that if their toenails are severely affected, then any topical product will not work. 

There may be some whitening or brightening of the toenail, but a total cure is unlikely.  For these patients, we may need to consider an oral anti-fungal medication.  This decision will be based on a few things, and should be discussed with your Podiatrist in detail to see if you would be a good candidate for this medication.
